The step up from jeweller to setter is still a leap, but one that is most definitely within your reach. In this class, you'll be shown how to set a 5mm stone into a 6mm setting using a burr to cut the seat. We'll get you introduced to things like how to sit, how to hold your push tool, and the best way to get these walls over. We will have you setting like a pro in no time!

Claw setting is probably the most common way to set stones. But there are multiple ways to do it - the building of the setting, the shape of the claws, and how to actually finish them.
